what area is your school located? i train out of Bayside Academy, near newark airport. over the past 5 years, we've had numerous guest seminars from the gracies (renzo/royler/carlson), as well as craig kukuk, bart vale, and some of the Machado brothers. our school hosts the ISFA grapplers cup tournament about every 4 months, and we have a lot of scary dudes coming through to prepare for the fights!IMG]http://bbs.clubplanet.com/ubb/smilies/cwm10.gif

How do you fit it in? 2hrs at once, or twice a day?

You must look GREAT!

Dennis, there's one right here by us. Around the corner from Chevy's Restaurant. That's the one I go to. I do the run 4-5 miles during lunch, then go back after work and do light weights. It's convenient, plus it's brand new!!

I'm sorry to hear the hours don't work out for you... if it's any consolation, your paycheck probably has quite a few more digits tacked onto the end of it than mine. smile.gif

I'm a student, so the hours are easy to work into my schedule... usually from 8-9AM, and then again (after class) from 4-5PM.

I work at a dotcom.

I work out religiously! I need it, it serves as my

mental therapy. For all you e-heads I'm not sure if

you are aware of this but physical training increases your

seratonin levels dramitically. No matter how shitty your

day might be you can bet your ass your comin out of the

gym feelin like a million bucks. That is just one of

the many rewards of workin out.

I played college football so a workout regimen has

always been a part of my life. You find a way to work

it into your everyday schedule. For those that have active

lifestyles whether it be dancing, or rollerblading or

skiing or whatever that's all good too. Now training is far

beyond anything physical, psychologically it is far more rewarding

than physical. Looking good is the bonus.

And I work out at Power Factory in Queens. Love that fuckin place a bunch a diesel meatheads all tryin to outlift each other with workboots on. Keeps you motivated, this gym maybe has one woman who'd probably beat my ass. I like it like that, I go to the gym to focus on my workout, not some girl with a nice set a tits. We'll save all that business for World cwm1.gif

I haven't worked out in a while but let me just say I have a lifetime membership to Bally's and they are some of the nastiest gyms out there. I'm sure there are a few good ones but most haven't been redecorated since the 80's, equipment is old and busted. Notice the ones in the commercials are always gorgeous.

I used to go to Work Out World in North Brunswick, NJ which is very nice.

I have been working out for 6yrs now. Go 5-6 days a week. I am a member of Gold's Gym in Queens. I love to work out. I could actually say it's my hobby! If ever need some advice just feel free to ask.

Crunch - Broadway/Houston. not every day though - don't want to overtrain. ;-)

it's less crowded than Lafayette. But, when it's late night, I hit Lafayette 'cause they are 24 hours.

well I used to go everyday and I do agree that it was overtraining but I go at least 5-6 days...I don't overtrain because I do alternating days of cardio and lifting
