Anyone know if there are discount tix floating around...I know sometimes the online ticket vendors have secret links to cheaper ticket prices. Such was the case for Giant Village 2k2...Hoping there's something like that for Tiesto

I looked around and was surprised there wasn't a Vegas club forum. Guess the LA forum is the next best thing??? I've read and heard some crazy clubs in Vegas, some of which require month advance reservation. Anyone got the 411 on those and the back doors to get around them? One I heard thats hard to get into is Rain @ Palms. Also heard there's a club somewhere that throws foam parties. Ideas anyone?

check out Manhatan, and if you can afford it, Marina Del Rey. The latter is a more hosh posh crowd

I think I ran over a bunny once... The city where I hang around after still has some undeveloped parts. As such wild animals like squirrels and rabbits habitate those areas, and sometimes cross over to the developed areas. I swear the bunny jus jumped into traffic from out of nowhere. I tried to brake and swirve around it. By the time I stoped a few hundred feet away, all I saw was white fluff on the ground. My heart pounded, and sank to my stomach with guilt. Not knowing what had happened to it, I assumed the worst. I prayed and chanted for the rabbit's life before I moved on whats wrong with those wascally wabbits???

Haha...all this west coast hating only validates the state of excellence that is Cali. But the post did trigger a thought - if the big really does hit, and Cali does sink into the Pacific, there would be a new West Coast. The I.E. would be prime real estate...imagine that...haha

HAha...Sorry. I'm laughing because I'm not the only one to get a ridiculous ticket like this. Same thing happened to me some years ago. Ofcourse back then my fine was for Failing to stop at Stop sign. Granted I was doing one of my rolling stop routines and got caught (damn cop was hiding behind the bushes). But sounds to me like you got a case. I'm afraid a trip to the court house is inevitable though. If you explaine the situation to the judge, throw in some pouting, and some of that sad kitty face, I'm sure the judge will lighten the sentence or maybe clear it all together. Remember - if the glove doesn't fit, you must acquit!

I've only seen PVD live 3 times - all at the GIant Village NYE event. So far he's 2 for 3 in my book. the first year was the best. Have yet to see him in any other venue. Too bad I missed out on this one...Mayan would've been a great venue to see him. The DJ booth is so accessible to the crowd. Any reviews from those that went? Wish I saw him at Creme at Ibiza back in Aug. The set is just awesome!

I've gone through what you're going through right now, except I'm on the ignoring end So yes, there are things/ incidents that can happen that can ruin a friendship or relationship. And talk about history - her and I go waaaaaaaaaaay back, and have shared and gone through a lot together. In the end I was devastated by what she did. The only comfort I can find is by not being in touch with her, and getting on with my life. Maybe I'm too stubborn...but I just don't know how I can get over the situation. Now you're probably asking what it is that happened to lead to my reactions... Wel for now I'm just gonna have to say..its classified
