i'm not familiar with this "smart water..." my roommate says it is oxygen-boosted water. i will have to investigate this further ...and i dunno, queenv; it's something more than that at in-n-out. the boys at my high school weren't half that smokin' !

thanks, diabolique !i didn't know that about fiber - interesting. a woman that i see about once a month who works at my company always tells me - every time i see her - that i should eat a vegetable at every meal. even if i don't eat healthy all the time, just having cole slaw on the side of my grilled cheese and fries makes me feel a little better about it all !
