  5. yeah I remember you! I think we bumped into each other near the stage. you were HUGE!!
  6. No, but I did see that guy...he was funny! Here's a couple pics of me from before the party (i'm on the left): http://brooklynkid.com/big.php?name=0110/01103101&w=600&h=400 http://brooklynkid.com/big.php?name=0110/01103102&w=600&h=400
  7. great party last night at Vinyl...am wondering if anyone caught any photos of me and my roommate in our Anthrax outfits?
  8. nice!! I'll be dressed in all white...see ya there
  9. yo don't let bein a shorty keep you down...i'm 5'7" 160...we gotta be ready to "deal fives" at all times...remember to swing low, though so where can we hear some of those yummy breaks?
  10. wow it's nice to see that many of us are in the same boat. I'll be 27 soon and I like to go to clubs now more than ever. Someone mentioned how it's OK for older peeps to party because they have accomplished something in life. I totally agree. I'm one of these people that took a few years off from clubbing, spent time building a career, got the whole messy GF thing out of the way, and now it feels good to be able to kick back and go out without worrying about being broke this weekend, having to work on sat or sunday morning, etc... and it feels REALLY good when i meet some of you CP peeps and you tell me I still can pass for 20! it's all good...
  11. wow....glad to see that happens to other people too. I've got them right now
  12. dialectics is right...the next four years our next mayor will be focusing on different things like rebuilding the city and convincing people to spend money here. I didn't know Green was a supporter of nightclubs but I knew Bloomberg is. It already seems to be getting better. We've seen more big talent come through here in the past 1.5 months than almost the entire summer. (maybe they come to support NYC? who knows...)
  13. VINYL....because....bah you all already know why
  14. I propose we change the topic to Anyone ever drink water? My friend told me that if you drink water after sex you'll no longer be thirsty. *officially beating the horse dead* You're all smart asses, every one of you
  15. yeah...somebody should propose a "war" against drugs
  16. I prefer to pack 1,000 people into my basement and watch "7th Heaven" on a big screen TV with a bangin sound system. Wouldn't that be truly euphoric?
  17. ummm....i heard it's like this stuff where like...ummm...u get orgasms and stuff...like ummmm when people touch you. And like, i saw this thing on Eyewitness News about like ummm...how deadly this stuff is when kids take it at "all night rave parties of death"....sounds crazy!!!
  18. Sorry officer, but we're just here to enjoy the music
  19. Speaking of Danny Howells, he's supposedly doing Vinyl 12/31. Should be a kick ass New Year's bash...
  20. Someone on the board runs the "energynyc" guest list which offers $20 reduced admission on saturday nights, which are kicking ass now that they are featuring different talent every weekend. With DT on Fridays and people like Danny Howells, Dave Seaman, Sandra Collins, etc. on Saturdays it makes a VERY tough choice for Vinyl-heads...
  21. None other than DT himself will be spinning. I think it's going to be an "early" night, from 9pm-3am because 11/1 is a work day for most. There's some great prizes for best costumes. Should be a slammin night as usual at Vinyl
  22. Was it really three hours? I left just after 6am because the last DJ was kind of boring...and Sandra had already been off for over an hour. Unless it was one of those nights where I *mysteriously* lost track of things
