It will get better, with stuff like skeleton (like luge, but headfirst), freestyle skiing, K120 jumping, and short track speed skating (the closest thing you'll see to roller derby in the Olympics, at least for now), just to name a few...

The Canadians were robbed! Damn, I thought they really brought it on. But the judges (well, the one that made the difference) were on something... If I saw it correctly, I think the French judge was one of them - of all people! The commentators also thought the US pair should've finished higher than the second Russian pair too. I missed both of them, so I'll have the see the replay.

In all the times I've been there, I don't recall ever hearing hip-hop played on the main floor, which is where I spend most of my time.

Are they banned there on certain nights or something? When I went on Saturday for DJ Dan (which rocked btw), a guy told me twice to put them away. The first time I was playing around with the sticks on strings, so I thought maybe that was the problem, since it was getting crowded. Then the second time happened a few hours later when I was in a less-crowded spot, just using the sticks in my hands. So if someone knows the policy, lemme know. thanx!
