I think the xenadrine;s work great. as long as you eat after and keep mad busy. i work in the restaurant buisness, so keeping busy is a given. i took them just for energy and wound up losing 30 or so pounds. like i said i wasnt trying to loose weight, and wasnt really overweight to begin with, so for me probably not the best thing but, it just shows u how well the stuff works.

ive used xenadrine very successfully & found 2 things absolutel necessary for use1:never take on an empty stomach.feed the fuel, i usually ate 30 min after dose. 2 dont dose unless you have a few hours of a semi-physical activity afterwards. ignoring either of these things will definately lead to u tweaking.

ok , 1st time i bought tea from gnc, i forget the the name but there are many. 2nd time i cut it real close on only a few days, was broke used my moms celestial sesons, like a 2 gallon batch & passed. i think the water intake has more to do with it than the tea. i also believe the thing about the gov. tests being cheap. i do know that you can buy one bottle of this purple stuff at gnc(i forget the name) thats like$70 but is supposed to work real well.

if u can deal a month is playin it safe. although i have beet tests on a few days and some tea, they were state probation tests, and from what i understand the cheapest and easiest to beat.
