...why is it called cotton candy even though theres no cotton in it?...

Why does beer taste horrible when you're a kid?

to question 1: because it resembles cotton, visually.

to question 2: it still tastes terrible; adults just get used to it because they want to drink it for its effects.

now cotton candy and beer together, hmmmmm...

I never actually liked beer till i moved to NYC. SoFla only has the usuals (Buds, Corona, Hein and such) whereas up here i can get the microbrews or stella. Raspberry Blondes are great. :D

I know, i was being sarcastic. :D

Actually i think each has their place. Beer is for casual gatherings, BBQs, sporting events etc. Hard liquor for clubs, lounges and such. Wine for dinner and some gatherings.

My fav is Ultimat.

I also like:

Chopin

Ketel One

Tito's Handmade Vodka

Stoli

And when I'm feeling cheap (or broke), SKYY.

Actually Skyy isnt too bad. They profess that its distilled in such a way that it prevents hangovers. Dunno, i downed one of those litre bottles with my old roommate and we were both fine in the am. With that amount we should have wanted to shoot our heads off.

Buying liquor at a club is not the best option in my opinion. 13 bucks for a glass of the mixer of your choice and a splash of liquor. I'd rather spend 7 for a beer. at least I know what i'm getting.
