i go to one of the regular gyms w/ chains across the nation, like, bally's, golds, etc. that's where the stories are. i saw a guy w/ something moving in his pants like it had a mind of it's own, and asked a friend, what's up w/ that, and he was like "ew he's not wearing a cup." one guy wore it on top of his shorts.

here's another one that i don't understand: *personal trainers* that weigh 400 million pounds. wtf? what's worse is the people being trained don't seem to mind this fact. or people who get arrogant on the treadmills, running erect like they're vin diesel, and a girl walks by & they stare at her, and they fall off cuz the treadmill is still running. hilarious. i mind when i see girls w/ sorry cellulite asses wearing those shirts with no prospects whatsoever, not now not ever. or *guys* wearing shirts that say "matchbox 20 world tour" or some other loser band with pride. yuck. get some taste. guys who think sex when they see a girl working her inner thighs or moaning when working her abs.

tangential, ... there more important issues in nyc than banning smoking like the deficit, reducing unemployment, cleaning up the hudson river,etc. who the hell voted for this mayor?

i love love love him!! he's someone not to miss live. i think he's bigger in the west coast than here

1. men like the jerkoff at my club today that don't use deoderant and smell up the club. 2. women fix their hair & make up BEFORE working out. 3. women who wear tight clothing that doesn't fit. 4. people who don't bring towels or don't wipe the equipment after using it 5. people who don't wash their tennis shoes and smell up the locker rooms when they take them off. 6. men w/ excessive body hair who shed it on the equipment 7. people who slam weights or don't keep their shoulders straight and try to work out when they're wasting their time. 8. guys who don't wear a cup 9. arrogant men who walk like they can get any girl if they have a good body. 10. women who take 10 years on the equipment doing their sets. I don't have all day. 11. people who come to the club for the sole reason to pick up women / men. it's a gym, not a meatmarket. 12. people who talk loud on their phones when they're finally playing something halfway decent at the club like pvd. like the're so important.

the ban is rediculous. most of the interesting fun people i meet are smokers. the air outside is so polluted anyway. in dc there is a smoking ban, but only in gov't bldgs, most office bldgs, & shopping malls, not in clubs and bars, and no one seemed to mind. why don't they remove the ban and encourage better ventilation

cool, some programmers on the board. i took matlab for operations research& thought it was hard, give me C++ / java any day. it looks archaic, & i'm so used to OOP now.

just when I was happy the semester was close to ending, they added another week to compensate for the snow.

i can't complain about the music, it's good if you like pvd, tiesto, christopher lawrence, etc. I never like the crowd much as there was very little diversity and most people were under 21. how on earth there were LINES to get in at 1 am (no major dj's)there, i'll never understand but to each his own.

The only time it grossed me out was when I saw some old people who aged badly hitting on the people at exit last year. other than that, there's no age limit to having fun.

i am absolutely against this war and any other war. I have relatives in iraq (civilians not US soldiers) and I worry night and day if missiles will attack them. the news keeps saying the missles are accurate, but they did accidentally bomb civilian targets of people who hate saddam's guts.

I already have a B.S. in biology and I went clubbing every week of that degree except the semesters that I took miserable organic chemistry. Then again I mainly took botany and microbiology so it was easy for me. i have 1 semester left of my computer science degree, and it is so hard, i don't have time to go to clubs except in the summer or winter breaks. I hate cs. I agree w/ you: I hate my classes, but I would rather work now and play later. It's easier to find any job vs to have a career, and I want a career.

I loved the Chicago musical, but the film was ok, catherine zeta jones & nicole kidmen didn't deserve their oscars in my opinion, i bet michael douglas pulled some strings. i always loved adrian brody (he is so fucking hot), and was thrilled when he won the oscar, and he was brave to say what he did. As much as i loved "gangs of ny" and am a huge scorsese fan, polanski deserved the oscar more than scorsese. the pianist & gangs of new york both made statements about politics today and the ignorance of people and their bigotry, which is why either should have won for best picture, not crap chicago.

If you pay *close* (and I mean close) attention to what your hairdresser does (her exact motions w/ brushes, spray, dividing your hair in sections, etc) you will find that you actually *can* have the same hair. I used to have a bob (like Catherine zeta-jones in chicago) 2 yrs ago, and every day people would comment how I looked like I just walked out of a salon because I followed every motion my hairdresser made.

That's what I was wondering for the longest time. I keep hearing racist comments like "The Asians are taking over the club", "Ever since the Asians came, the scene went downhill...the asian section is growing...". The irony is those guys saying love asian women, & make those racist remarks when they realize they get rejected or see those girls with their guy friends. sour grape racist assholes

That show is unbelievable. Were it not for the fact that it's on when I go to the gym I wouldn't watch it. Not to sound cliche but who's to say who's hot and who's not. they got lorenzo lamas -- a gross old guy who's been around the block 3 million times and plain rachel hunter, who's been with a gross old guy as judges? What's sad is the people desperately try to be hot and they're not. They don't make them like al pacino or sophia loren anymore, people who were truly hot, modest, and were pieces of artwork. They didn't TRY to be hot, they just were.

my absolute fav without a doubt is dj tiesto followed by pvd. for some reason he's looked down upon by some music people, they throw him in the category of dj encore, ian van dahl, dj sammy, lasgoetc. i also love jr vasquez, christopher lawrence, danny tenaglia, sandra collins, sasha, timo .... I love felix da housecat's remixes too. too many to name....
