Another recipe or a type of food?there's tex-mex and cali-mex:tex-mex tends to be more greasy; there's a lot of deep-fried stuff. i can't remember ever being offered a choice of beans at a tex-mex joint; they always just gave me refried beans. tex-mex is what dominates nyc.cali-mex, on the other hand, has a more fresh approach. it's much lighter, and less of it is fried. there's also usually a choice of beans: pinto, black, and/or refried. out here one can actually eat mexican and not have it be terribly fattening.tex-mex usually serves up hard tacos; cali-mex usually serves up soft tacos.all of this is, of course, generally speaking . The ring is very simple and pretty.. its 1.4 carats... 3 diamonds up each side (square cut) and one square cut diamond on top... its 18k white gold..
