Im planning a trip to Vegas on the 21st and after reading many positive posts about Tao on a Friday night, i thought id make a reservation. Much to my surprise i was told that for the 4 guys including myself i would have to bring an equal number of girls. Now ive been to exclusive nightclubs, in London ( My hometown btw), New York and L.A where ive done bottle service litterally dozens of times and have never heard from such demands from ANYBODY. The whole point in guys doing bottle service in the first place is to 1) Guarantee entry, 2) Jump the line and 3) Get hammered enough to hit on quality birds. djmasterweb Posted July 12 Report Share Posted July 12 I agree, and Fridays aren't even "all that" at Tao. Who told you that policy. If it was an in-house club staff member, go with an outside host. There are plenty of people who can help you right on this board. If it was an outside host, try calling the club directly. I'm sure it can be worked out. We are actually working on a couple of large all-male groups right now that have been approved. It depends on who you work with, and it also depends on who you know, as Masterweb was saying. It's not a problem to get a group of males into any venue on an "off-night." The challenge is getting that same group of males into the club on a Friday or Saturday. limodriverlv Posted July 13 Report Share Posted July 13 I had a group of 17 men 2 weeks ago hitting 5 nights of clubs and 3 nights of afterhours. Tao was my thurs night clubs and walked them in with no issues, they loved tao so much that we went back, no we didnt walk in, we got tables,2 tables side by side with no problems. Then pure jet and body english and foundation room. It is not impossible to get into clubs in vegas as a group of guys, it will cost you a little. If i can walk a group of guys into tao on a thur night and not making conatact with a friend at the club till 8pm on thurs the day of, its not ahrd to get in. The frugal clubbers will run off to the beach because tao or another major club wont let you in because your a group of guys. Imagine walking into pure,tryst,jet,tao or body english and 1000 people partying and there is only 50 females in the club. Thats whats happening to vegas clubs right now, so many groups of guys are buying their way in and getting all the tables and women walk right in to enjoy the free alcohol, i love vegas. I cant relate to guys that wait to start pimpin it at 11 pm once in a club. Every girl that knows their stuff wants to go to top spots. Sure book viphookups for you and your 4 buddies ahead of time, but if you arent hustling girls daytime of that party to hit you up to join you at Tao, or wherever, later that night where you got vip hookups in place, then, honestly, what are you doing in Vegas? Its sort of hard NOT running into girls that dont hvae hookups and want to go join you to party. If you dont have 1/2 dozen cellphone calls from girls you cant remember from hide nor hair ringing in your phone all night long to join you at the club, the 2nd club, the afterhours, you mentioned to them earlier, then, youve been a tad too shy the whole rest of your trip. I told these guys for over a month that any club i would get them in wuicker than the other guy. 5 nights 9 clubs. They went with this other host and waited at studio54 for eden for almost 2 hrs to get in, just happened i was there with clients. They overheard me talking and asked if i was the same limodriver on t2vegas i said yes. They had paid the guy a sum of 1700 to get them into 54 and bottles and then he couldnt get them in. I immediatly took my people to their table came back to them and they told him to give their money back. I walked them in right there with no issues as the same for 7 more clubs for 4 more nights.I have heard about women getting screwed,men getting screwed. I have heard of hosts rescuing other hosts because that cant get what they promise. I had a group of guys that host on here promised pure fri, rain sat and a cabana at rehab. We have saved the weekends of a few clients from time to time who had hosts that couldn't come through. Of the 1,000 hosts in Las Vegas, I'm sure that at least half are good and honorable, but the other half do promise what they can't provide. I have worked in vegas now for almost 13 years doing hosting back when there was nobody but vip. I made money on the side getting people into clubs. 10 years ago it was so much easier. I could drive up to the beach or shark club and duump off 20 guys and they would be escorted in, no questioons asked and it took me 15 minutes to make side money. Now its like damn, i have waited to walk people in with no table as long as 30 minutes to get them in. Now, i wear my tuxedo when im walking people in cause im driving my limo as well so doormen know who i am, but when you got friends of the club, table res and vips going in yo ucan wait aand wait aand wait. So after all these years of doing this crap my wife and i got bored the other day and aare working on our website.For all of you oout there reading this or going to peek at my site, #1 i did this on my own computer without knowledge of much webdesig, #2 its still a work in progress #3 My site will be more informative than trying to sell services. My number one job is limo driving . So i thank you al lfor your support and hats of to legitmate hosts/hosting companies. They overloaded that palce with people the night I was there. You couldn't even move much less get a drink. Bottle service would be the only way to go but only if you like being confined to your booth because you surely couldn't walk around in there just too packed. Once it gets filled liek that everyone is just uncomfortable which makes talking to and meeting people a joke. My humble opinion is there are much better places to spend my money. How manye clubs are in vegas and how many are to capacity every fri and sat night.These places make a killing and as long as there are people out there that want to be seen in the scene, clubs will continue to fill up, charge the prices and fill over capacity. I had a client this weekend that said if you had a fire or other natural or unatural event occur you would have thousands of people get trampled to make it out of a vegas nightclub.Tao isnt the only club that packs them in, they all do. I have totally gone to telling people unless you get a table you will standing shoulder to armpit with a muscle bound guy dripping their nasty sweat on you. If you are rolling VIP at a hot spot very few girls would turn you down based on that alone... I went with girls to clubs I met during the day 2/4 nights I was there last month and I had nothing (we would just go there early and wait 10-40 mins in line).
