The only reason anyone would have any interest in going there would be to see it in person, to marvel at the fact that in the year 2002, that people are still actually living in such filthy medieval, horrible conditions. It has serious shock value, but even with that they really have no tourism to speak of, relatively. There is nothing that the US or anyone else can do for people that are that ignorant.
