Multi vitamin (GNC mega man, will replace when out with something else) fish oil caps glucosamine (joint stuff) 1000mg vitc vitE Looking at getting some stuff mentioned in another thread to add to it. twice daily with meals and I find I have tons more energy with working out\cardio\etc.
  4. not having health insurance would be such a stressfull thing now a days. its no wonder people buy pills online from canada for a fraction of the cost. I dont go to the hosp or doc unless i cant move or broke something... ive had health insurance in my jobs since i started workin at 15 or 16.. had to use it a few times but overall ive paid a shit load of money for a "maybe ill need it this year" insurance option

  8. i run for 30-45min daily which at the end of the run I've covered anywhere from 2-4 miles. Depending on how the path I take if I'm running for distance or just to keep the heartrate up for the full 30-45min. When i first started i could only run for about 5 min then I'd have to rest.. but i busted through that and after a few days of pushing I could run fairly nonstop. I dont know that just running 6min on a treadmill does anything for you.. doesnt seem like that is enough time to be benificial.. but i dont know, just saying.

  10. theres a lady here at work that got her teeth whitened by some means and they look almost opaque.. looks disgusting. I dont drink coffee, tea (that often), smoke or so a whole lot outside normal eating and gum chewing so mine arent TO bad. but i would like to get a few shades whiter..take the grime off. Altho I do notice that after i go in for my 6 month checkup and polish they look better for a while.
  11. i did tae bo at the local Ballys for a few months. Was good fun, built endurance..lost some weight but got boring for me. I figure as long as I'm active for that amount of time keeping my heart rate up ill burn fat and there are plenty of things to do to increase balance, etc. Was good fun tho.

  13. Hey all. been reading over a buncha the posts in here and we seem to have quite a few members that have great info on fitness, so I thought I'd toss this up. Started getting back into fitness recently. Been running outside with the pups 30-45min a few times a week with a HRM, keeping it in the 70-80% range for fat burning. Also have a home weight set with bench, curl and dumbbells. Been hitting that a few times a week but not with any preset plan. I was trying to put together my own and ran across this one, I wanted to get some feed back on its content. I'm about 6'6 255 or so with a naturall large frame, BMI is far to high and I'd like to lose about 10-15% (prefer 15%) body fat. I'd like to do this over the course of the next 6 months.. not sure how realistic that is. I dont care about body weight, as long as the bodyfat is lowered. I dont want to be ripped, just tone and in better shape. I'm 31 so I wont ever look like I did when I was 18 in HS football.. I plan to run daily or every other day (depending on life) for 30-45 min in the morning. I eat about 2000 calories a day with 5 to 6 meals a day. Fast food maybe once a month for the craving, no soda, little to no alch, no drugs. I take multivitamin, vitc, fish oil caps and glutocimine (joint stuff), twice daily with meals. I think I am to low on protein but will be adding in a protein shake or 2 next week. This is the main workout cycle, with details on the link.   14. i remember doing these for football. After a few of these most of the people were on the sidelines puking their guts out. we started at the goal and went out to the 50 yrd line (10, back, 20 back, etc) and we all about died. Coach never made us do them again tho.
  15. i used to take 12-15 a night when i partied hard..but only on fri and sat night..never rolled during the week...used to be on the upper rung of the e ladder in town so i got them for cheap\free...most i did was 27 in a single night..was poppin em like candy...i'm takin red devils, doves, old nikes and some real smooth molly powder...good shit. course i accidentally did half a vial of cid that night\morning to...then a quarter of K...man that was a fucked up day. edit: i did my best to reach that 10,000 mic limit that good ole Jim was said to have done...
  16. mine were REAL fucked up after 8 years of abusing it...just in the last year or so i balanced out... course a few weekends ago i dropped 7 ills and hit a strip club...but what was real nice was i didnt get that depression on that monday following...so i think im good now...but i know if i abuse again ill get mad depressed quickly.

  20. man that fuckin sucks....been there done that..wont go into details but i got popped for sellin a lb of boomers and lb of KB to a narc...i originally got charged with a few class 1's but ended up with a class 4 attempted dist of weed..still a felony tho...but no time, 3 year probation and a shitload of fines...they wanted me to roll on my crew to and i told them to fuck themselves..i could have gotten it down to a few mistameanors but i do the crime and i do the time and i dont rat on my friends. but with the original question..the most shit ive seen was at my place before a HUGE party..we had around 15,000 ills....2500 vials of liq-cid that was just freshly made from crystal from the fluff family (mid to late 90's on this shit) a few books of paper cid and 1/2lb of cooked K...was never into coke\meth so ive seen a few mounds of them at a party but i never dealt wth powders so i didnt know the amounts.... and i dont care to say it..cuz it happened almost 8 years ago and u cant do shit bout it now ive been outta the game for 3 or 4 years.
