yo bkkid i totally agree. i design website, so image optimization is just instinctual. its fucked up that people have no consideration for bandwidth of others. there really is no need to put 500x700 or larger sigs. heres some tips to optimize. fierydeisire, you pic is ahem, lovely, but u could make it better, by shrinking the pic overall to say maybe 200x78 or whatever you feel is acceptable without loss of graphic quality. another way you could help it is by cutting out parts of the background, the areas which arent important to the central scene, which are the 2 chicks fondling each other. also if your pic doesnt have too many colors, say maybe like 10-20 colors total, save it as a gif, which compresses better and makes smaller filesizes. arity hope that helps.
